Can We Save The World ?Reduce Water UseSome 3% of UK Energy is used to provide domestic water and sewerage services. In recent years water has sometimes become scarce. The less water you use the less energy your water supply company will use. In the UK we use some 60 % of our water outside our homes, the 40% used within our homes is used as follows: toilet flushing 30%, bathing 20%, clothes washing 14%, showering 12%, kitchen sink and dishwasher 7%, leaks 5%, others uses 12%.
